Our whole production is made in our cellar situated in Martigné-Briand. We use modern means for making our wine : thermo-regulated stainless vat, vertical hydraulic press, oak barrel with a stainless ceiling... Restricted use of sulphur in the wine-making process (-50 %). Maximum use of physical means, exclusion of chemical addings. Bottling of our production at the Domaine. Average production volume : 600 hectolitres. Storage in our underground cellar. |
