In 1997 we decided to convert ourselves to the organic farming, a way of production which is extremely defined, regulated and controlled. An independant certification body QUALITÉ-FRANCE regularly controls our production. We must now become aware that organic farming appears as an absolute necessity for the survival of our soils, our rivers and for our health. Each new vintage is now perceived as a step towards renewal and liberty. |
